Book an appointment with a Mortgage Adviser

Support and advice

Our qualified Mortgage Advisers can support and advise you on the products from our range that suit your individual needs.

Use our online booking form to arrange a meeting at your local branch, or to request a phone call.

Please note that some products may not be available for application via the branch. Details of our products and how you can apply for them are shown in our Current Mortgage Range section.

What will happen when you talk to a Mortgage Adviser?

During the meeting or phone conversation, the Mortgage Adviser will have a full discussion with you to help them understand your circumstances, needs and preferences, so that they can assist you to buy and keep your home. They will then recommend the most appropriate products to meet those needs.

To help with this process, it would be useful if you brought the following to the meeting, or had available during the phone conversation:

  • Recent payslips/bank statements
  • Details of any existing mortgage repayment vehicles (e.g. endowments, Personal Equity Plans, etc) and protection policies you may have
  • Passport or Driving Licence and a Utility bill for identification purposes so that you can proceed if you wish.

Plain English

Our products, and the application process, will be explained to you in simple straightforward English - no financial jargon - so you'll be clear how the different products work and what the benefits and risks are.

At the end of the meeting/phone call

You will be provided with important documents, which will outline the costs involved.  You will be able to apply there and then, or go away and think things through.  If you want to come back for another chat, that's fine too.
