Location:  Bradford
Salary: 

£12,330 - £14,500 per annum
Hours of work: 

Full time & Part time available working between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.

Purpose of role:

The Savings Service Department deals with incoming calls from our members and third parties with queries and questions about their accounts. Your duties will include, recognising opportunities to promote the Society's products and in turn aide the retention of members to the Society, dealing with member queries quickly, swiftly and accurately and promoting an environment of team work and continuous improvement.

If you:

  • Have previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment
  • Have good administration & PC skills
  • Have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Have excellent attention to detail
