Property which has part commercial use (typically retail), with residential let areas within the same building (typically a flat above the commercial element).

Appropriate where the residential element makes up at least 50% of the property value. 
What we look for:
In a good primary or secondary retail location.
Minimum loan £300,000.
Maximum loan £5,000,000.
Commercial Investment policy applies to commercial element, CBTL policy applies to residential element.
