Chris Butler

I am Chris Butler, Business Development Manager at YBS Commercial Mortgages. I have worked in financial services for 21 years across several different roles and financial institutions. I joined YBS Commercial in 2022 as a Relationship Director ‘RD’ covering the North of England. Within the RD role I was responsible for growing and deepening broker relationships and processing loans from application to completion. The experience and relationships I gained through this role are invaluable, but I have realised that my true passion is working closely with brokers and direct customers to build trusted relationships. Due to this I have taken the opportunity to move into the Business Development Team as a BDM. I am looking forward to interaction with brokers and direct customers as well as key internal stakeholders to ensure the lending journey runs smoothly from enquiry to completion of loan.
